As a Retirement Specialist on our Annuities team you’ll share your Annuity product knowledge with our valued clients!

  • Educate clients by answering inbound phone inquiries about general product knowledge and maintenance of accounts.

  • Associates degree or equivalent customer service experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational and telephone skills.
  • Ambitious and able to work in a team environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines.
  • Requires basic computer skills with the ability to multitask efficiently navigate within numerous software and web applications.
  • Ability to acquire strong knowledge of business unit products, processes and systems.
  • Ability to wear a telephone headset and sit for extended periods.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin or Developer)
  • Top notch communication and ability to influence up and down
  • Strong technical aptitude – ability to understand high-level technical aspects of the work, communicate with engineers, translate to business partners, etc.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Minimum Salary

USD $33,150.00/Yr.

Maximum Salary

USD $61,200.00/Yr.

Additional Information


Hours of operation are 7:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. You would be willing to work any during this time to meet customer needs and work non-traditional hours when the business need arises.
